Terms of Use
The rules for using this site, our materials and our course sessions — including what we promise and what we deliberately do not.

Scope
These terms cover use of this website, our learning materials and the course sessions we deliver. By using any of them you accept these terms.
Enrolment in a program is additionally governed by the enrolment agreement you receive before payment, which takes precedence where the two differ.
Enrolment and eligibility
Programs are open to anyone who meets the stated prerequisites. We may decline an enrolment where the consultation indicates a program is not appropriate for a candidate's current level — this is a judgement made in the student's interest.
Students under eighteen require consent from a parent or guardian.
Course materials and intellectual property
Course materials, case content, playbooks and recordings are licensed to you for personal learning. They remain our intellectual property.
- You may use materials for your own study and reference them in your professional portfolio.
- You may not redistribute, resell, publish or use them to deliver training to others.
- You may not share your access credentials with anyone.
- Recording, downloading or re-uploading live sessions is not permitted.
Acceptable use of what you learn
This is a security program, so we will be direct: the techniques you learn are for defending systems you are authorised to defend. Applying them against systems you do not own or have written permission to test is illegal.
Doing so will end your enrolment immediately, without refund, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
- Only practise techniques against systems you own or are explicitly authorised to test.
- Do not attack, scan or probe any third-party system as part of coursework.
- Do not use anything provided to you to host, mine, proxy or store unrelated material.
- Do not attempt to access other students' accounts or submitted work.
Student conduct
Cohorts work because people ask questions without fear of looking foolish. We expect everyone to make that possible.
Harassment, discrimination or persistent disruption results in removal from the cohort. Plagiarising another student's investigation write-up is treated as a serious matter, because the written work is the point of the assessment.
What we do and do not promise
We commit to delivering the program as described, to reviewing your submitted work, and to providing the career support listed on the program page.
We do not guarantee employment, a salary outcome, or that you will pass any third-party certification exam. Any statement on this site about roles or salary ranges is contextual information about the market, not a representation about your individual outcome.
Schedule changes
Occasionally a session must be rescheduled. We give as much notice as we can and always provide a recording. If we cancel a cohort outright, you receive a full refund or a transfer to the next cohort, whichever you prefer.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from a program is limited to the fees you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost earnings or lost opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
